The following rules apply to:

1. User Profile – Name and Details
2. User Media – Images, Videos and Audio

We do not moderate or monitor 1 to 1 messages between matches.

We request you to report a User if you are troubled by any conversations initiated by such User. That User will never be shown to you again.

Community Guidelines

1. No Vulgarity:
   1. Using Profanities, Abusing people and disrespecting someone intentionally is not tolerated
2. No Children using the app
   1. Minors and anybody who is not 18 years old are not allowed to use the app
   2. If there is a report on your profile for the same reason, you will be requested to submit an ID (issued by any government or educational institute) that validates that you are above 18 years of age.
3. No Shouting, Noise, Interference or Audio played from another device
   1. Kindly maintain a respectable environment for all users
4. No Advertising and Promotion
   1. No promotion of products, services or solutions
5. No Bullying and Harassment
   1. No bullying, harassment of people or ideologies
6. No Hate Speech
   1. Zero tolerance towards any content or misinformation that threatens the peace and sovereignty of the Republic of India
   2. Zero tolerance towards any content or misinformation that threatens the peace and sovereignty of any country, religion, political party or ideology
7. No Spam
   1. Repeated Templates and Messages
   2. Promotion, Multi Level Marketing Schemes
8. No Sharing Phone Numbers in Public Profile
   1. No seeking investments or money
   2. No exchange of favours
9. No Copyright Infringement
   1. Kindly ensure that the content in your profile is yours and does not infringe any copyrights
   2. Impersonation or content that is not owned
10. No Using Third-Party Apps
    1. Accounts, Devices, Mobile Numbers or Email IDs that seem to be using emulators or software for account creation and engagement shall be penalised and removed
11. No Violence and Gunshots or Explosions
    1. On this platform, no tolerance for any actions that might disturb the peace, calm and positivity
12. No Sexual Content or Nudity
    1. No explicit content
13. No Sexual Favors
    1. No demand or soliciting of sexual favours, irrespective of gender or country
14. One Person One Account
    1. We do not encourage multiple account creation

In addition to the above, we remove audios which are empty or incomprehensible or noisy. We may levy penalties for repeating such behaviour.

Penalties and Bans
The penalties will fall under the below brackets, and their respective applicability has been explained below.

Account Suspended – 1 day

Account Suspended – 3 days

Account Suspended – 1 week

Account Suspended – 1 month

Account Suspended – Lifetime

Please note that repeat offenders will receive more stringent penalties.

We will not be able to share specific penalties and cause actions as we want to ensure the safety of the whole community and experience for our Users.
