Taken is a blind dating app where people can choose to make connections based only on their thoughts, voice and intent. Photos are shown only after a match or a catch, providing a novel and genuine approach to meeting new people.
Slide and slide, sometimes left, sometimes right.
Slide right to show your interest in their profile and if they slide right to you, Congrats, it’ll be a catch, and your profiles will be visible to each other, and now you guys can make conversation and plan forward. Slide left to go and continue for a better catch.
Our algorithm uses your profile information and preferences to show you compatible users. Here, you can listen to their voice token and decide to slide left/ right.
Your voice token is your introduction, feelings and thoughts which you want to share with others on Taken. Please note that a voice token is necessary to enter the dating pool and be visible to other users.
Photos are revealed after both users have chosen to connect with each other from the dating pool.
A right slide from both sides means a catch, and voila, you can see how your mystery catch looks like.
Every user can leave their reactions to other users in the dating pool. Reactions are not compulsory and you can also slide on to the next user.
